We went for a few days holiday in Spring at the Labathe Gites near Eymet in the Dordogne. My daughter had some exams nearby and this location was convenient for that. It was a lazy week.
The photographs of the meadow were taken and the following day the farmer came and cut it down for hay. I was pleased I made the effort to walk up the hill to the meadow when I did otherwise I wouldn't have seen the wild flowers.
